London: Jonathan Cape, 1966. Publisher’s original cream boards, spine lettered in gilt; pp. (viii), 278. An about near fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains sturdy and square, minimal wear to boards with a tiny brown mark to rear upper board edge, a few light indentations to rear board, toning to upper edges of the front board and spine. Internally clean. The dust jacket remains in particularly nice shape showing the slightest traces of shelfwear and a few light indentations to rear panel. A very nice copy, protected in archival mylar.
